An AHP technical staff representative will travel to the facility and conduct radiological assessments of equipment, piping, areas or vehicles that are potentially impacted with Technically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (TENORM). The assessment could include the following:
- Gamma radiation surveys of suspect areas or equipment
- Removable contamination surveys of internal components or areas
- Gamma spectroscopy analysis to confirm the isotopes in questions
The assessment will include a documented report to include recommendations.
