Applied Health Physics, LLC has been providing quality radiological safety and consulting services to industry, learning institutions and government agencies for over 50 years. Applied Health Physics, LLC is currently licensed by Pennsylvania and Ohio as a service provider. In addition, AHP maintains annual reciprocity agreements with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Agreement States as requested.
RADIOLOGICAL CONSULTING LEADER
AHP provides consulting services to industrial, oil and gas, academic, research and certain medical facilities that use radioactive materials (RAM) and x-ray generating equipment. In addition, AHP provides specific services including emergency response to incidents involving radioactive material or x-ray generating equipment.
The services provided include training, licensing assistance, compliance audits, radiation surveys, emergency response, calibration, laboratory analysis and radioactive material transfer activities.
EXPERIENCED STAFF
The AHP technical staff includes Certified Health Physicists, Health Physics Specialists and Laboratory Technicians. Applied Health Physics’ staff members have a myriad of professional experience relating to radiation safety.
Applied Health Physics has established a working rapport with regulators at the local, state and federal levels to ensure up to date knowledge of all regulatory requirements pertaining to licensed and registered activities.
