Applied Health Physics is licensed and maintains reciprocity agreements in many states authorizing the removal and/or installation of generally or specifically licensed gauging devices.
AHP provides the following services for sealed source gauging devices:
- Laboratory Analysis of leak test samples: Leak Test Data Form
- Device removal and installation
- Return to manufacturer for source exchange
- On-site leak testing of sealed source gauging devices
- On-site radiation surveys
- Shutter repair and replacement
- Source rod or capsule removal and replacement
- Transfer for disposal
